We're looking for a Visual Merchandising Design (VMD) Executive to elevate our brand's presence and ensure an unparalleled customer experience in our retail environments.

Role & Responsibilities

• ●Store Planning & Design

• ●Coordinate with HQ, suppliers, and retailers for new store openings and renovations.

• ●Review and manage the VM budget, including forecasting and Pre-PO/Proper ER management.

• ●Design floor plans and oversee furniture placement for new and renovated counters.

• ●Handle counter construction and maintenance, including graphic design for product displays, visual updates, and video content for new launches.

• ●Guideline Management

• ●Monitor quality standards across all counters to ensure brand consistency.

• ●Implement brand guidelines in counter design and develop counter guidelines.

• ●Organize VM and staff image-making training sessions to maintain high presentation standards.

• ●Order Management

• ●Manage store supply orders, including POSM stock control and purchasing of store supplies.

• ●Coordinate with HQ for material orders, ensuring timely allocation of new merchandising materials.

• ●Reporting

• ●Document and report on visual merchandising activities and results, providing visual references to HQ.

• ●Stakeholder Management

• ●Foster and maintain relationships with vendors, ensuring collaborative project execution.

자격 요건

• ●관련 분야 학사 학위 소지자
• ●VMD 경력 5년 이상 (럭셔리 리테일 분야 경력 우대)
• ●영어 능통자 및 원어민 수준의 한국어 구사자
• ●Photoshop 및 Illustrator 능숙자
• ●검증된 프로젝트 관리 및 예산 책정 능력 보유자
• ●뛰어난 의사소통 및 대인 관계 능력 보유자
• ●창의적인 사고와 섬세한 디테일에 대한 높은 이해도를 갖춘 분
