JOB PURPOSE Support the Retail Training team in coordinating training activities and daily training operations across Korea.

This role assists with training administration, learning platform maintenance, training logistics, reporting, and training material preparation to ensure an effective and engaging learning experience for store employees.

The position is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who is interested in learning and development within a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Training Coordination & Operations

• ●Coordinate training sessions and learning activities for store employees.
• ●Support training logistics and communications to ensure smooth execution of learning programs.
• ●Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support training initiatives and projects.

2. Learning Systems & Reporting

• ●Maintain learning records and training databases.
• ●Support learning platform administration and employee training tracking.
• ●Prepare regular reports and learning-related data as required.

3. Training Materials & Communications

• ●Support the preparation, translation, and maintenance of training materials.
• ●Assist in creating learning communications and training presentations.
• ●Ensure training resources are organized and up to date.

4. Administrative & Project Support

• ●Provide administrative support for Retail Training activities.
• ●Support training-related administrative processes and documentation.
• ●Support training-related projects and initiatives in collaboration with local and global teams.
• ●Assist with vendor coordination and other ad hoc tasks as required.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS University degree or above

Fashion/luxury-oriented with strong interest in Retail Training and employee development

Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Korean and English

Strong organizational and coordination skills

Detail-oriented, proactive, and service-minded

Interest in Retail Training, Learning & Development, and employee development
