The Retail Specialist supports the Retail Manager by analyzing business performance and driving operational excellence across the store network. This role identifies opportunities to improve profitability, operational efficiency, and overall business performance while maintaining close partnerships with store teams through regular communication. By gathering feedback and business insights, the Retail Specialist helps drive continuous improvement and ensure operational consistency. Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Communications, the Retail Specialist ensures stores receives timely and accurate information to effectively implement company policies, procedures, and business initiatives. Sales Performance Analysis • 매장별 일간, 주간, 월간 매출 실적을 모니터링, 분석 및 보고하며, 스토어 네트워크 전반의 주요 리테일 KPI를 추적합니다. • Retail Manager와 협력하여 주간 실적 업데이트 및 비즈니스 코멘트를 작성합니다. • Retail Manager와의 파트너십을 통해 매장 및 시즌별 사업 계획에 대한 매출 예측과 상업적 목표 설정을 지원합니다. • 리테일 성과 리포트를 작성 및 유지 관리하며, 개별 매장 및 팀 성과에 대한 종합적인 인사이트를 제공합니다. • 매출 동향, 시장 역학, 경쟁사 활동, 주요 비즈니스 지표를 평가하여 리테일 네트워크 성과를 분석하고, 비즈니스 성장 및 운영 개선의 기회를 발굴합니다. • 매장 팀의 인센티브(commission) 지급액을 계산 및 추적하고, 다양한 인센티브 및 세일즈 캠페인의 결과를 통합합니다. Event and Retail Project Support • 매장 팀 및 관련 부서와 협력하여 팝업 및 트렁크 쇼를 포함한 신제품 컬렉션 런칭과 주요 리테일 이벤트를 조율하고 지원합니다. • 신규 매장 오픈, 이전, 리노베이션을 위한 프로젝트 관리 업무에서 Retail Manager를 지원합니다. • 월간 및 연간 리테일 애니메이션을 위해 마케팅 팀과 기획 및 팔로업 활동을 조율합니다. • Store Manager 미팅을 위한 자료와 데이터를 준비합니다.
