• Design and renovate counter to show benefit DNA and optimize sales environment. • Display soft merchandising materials for launching brand by marketing plan and define merchandising strategy to reach the marketing goal. RETAIL DESIGN • Design new and renewal counter for soft VM to meet demand of both BENEFIT DNA and sales environment. • Understanding merchandising strategy and guideline for appealing our brand to customer and our staff in counters. • Understanding traffic flow of our counter and effective movement of staff and customer. Soft MERCHANDISING • Develop and manage monthly merchandising guidelines for each counter based on product launches and promotional plans, and communicate with stores to ensure consistent execution. • Develop display concepts and design proposals for in-store product displays, fixtures, and merchandising materials across department stores and specialty channels, including Olive Young and CHICOR • Coordinate and manage local production of display fixtures and merchandising materials, ensuring quality, specifications, and brand standards • Create planograms and optimize product displays for makeup bars and flycases • Check and manage tester quantities required for in-store displays and allocate testers according to launch and merchandising plans • Manage power visual layouts and update schedules for each counter • Manage store maintenance and repair requests, coordinating with stores and vendors to ensure timely resolution and maintain the quality of retail spaces 자격 요건 Bachelor’s Degree Majored in graphic or interior Good skills in computer graphics (Auto CAD/Illustration/Photoshop) Ability to understand and interpret English documents and guidelines Good understanding on the marketing field 1–3 years of relevant experience; experience in the beauty industry preferred Hard Skills: • Brand Identity Consistency, Visual Merchandising, Visual Storytelling, Computer-Aided Design (CAD), Space Planning, Construction Documentation, Scenography Design, Materials Specification, Print Production, Quality Assurance Standards, Lighting Design, Asset Localization, Event Design, Brand Content Production Soft Skills: • Attention to Detail, Collaboration, Communication, Creativity, Brand Sensitivity
