Summary Job Family Group Description - Sales This Job Family Group combines all positions within the different sales channels: retail, wholesale and e-commerce. Also includes all activities to support store management. Job Family Description - Retail/Sales Operations Supports the sales process through activities that may include putting displays in place, keeping stock level inventory, managing payment transactions and conducting fittings or garment alterations. Speciality Description - Retail/Sales Operations Coordinates operational activities of stores. Monitors the flow of products and ensures the store is kept well stocked. Supports store projects, such as changes in opening and closing times, renovations or relocation. Liaises with necessary departments to coordinate an action rollout plan within deadline and budget. Position Name 스토어 어드민 (Store Administrator) How you will contribute • 백오피스 보안 및 안전을 포함한 매장 내의 일반적인 총무 업무 • 매장 재고 관리 보조 및 관련된 모든 인벤토리 활동 지원 • 데일리 세일즈 리포트, 트래픽 리포트를 포함한 리포트 준비 & 인보이스 파일링, 매장 내 서류 관리 • 캐시관리, 페이먼트 요청, 법인세 신고, 구매서 업무 관련하여  재무팀과 커뮤니케이션 담당 • 제품 리페어 관리(견적 승인, 리드타임 업데이트, 수리된 제품의 반품 및 인보이스 발행 등)와 고객 만족을 위한 서비스 관리 • 스토어 유지보수 관리 • 직원 근태 기록 관리 및 시스템 업데이트 • Security 툴 관리 • 스토어 문구, 패키징 재료 오더 관리 • 스토어 유니폼 관리 • 플로리스트, 미화 담당자, 시큐어리티 가드 등 관련 업체 담당자와의 컨택 Job Type Regular Start Date 2026-08-03 Schedule Full time Organization Kering Watches & Jewelry Korea LLC 자격 요건 Who you are • 2년 이상의 외국계 회사 Retail Industry에서의 영업 지원/관리 경험.
