Qualifications & Requirements

• ●2-6 years of prior experience in Merchandise, planning, allocation, distribution, or supply chain.
• ●Experience managing inventory across multiple channels, including Retail, Outlet and E-commerce, preferred.
• ●Strong analytical and numerical skills; ability to translate large data into actionable business insights and inventory strategies.
• ●Excellent communication skills. Ability to build strong partnerships with cross-functional partners.
• ●Detail-oriented with focus on accuracy and precision in inventory planning and shipment tracking.
• ●Ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced, team-oriented environment.
• ●Ability to take ownership for continuous business improvement with a strong sense of urgency.
• ●Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and adapting to changing organizational structures, priorities, and business requirements.
• ●Highly organized, resilient, able to work under stress with a positive approach.
• ●Advanced Excel skills, knowledge of AllocateSmart, BI System, SAP as a plus
• ●Fluent in English
