자격 요건 (Qualifications)
Requirements & Capabilities
- ●Minimum 10 years in the retail industry. Planning, Merchandising & Logistic experience is preferred. Retail/sales experience is an advantage
- ●People/team management experience is required
- ●Must be a good team player, detail-minded, service-oriented, and self-motivated
- ●high analytical, exceptional organisational, interpersonal and communication skills
- ●Influential, structure and pedagogic leader
- ●Detailed in the analysis, but synthetic and action-focused when sharing to others
- ●Fluent in English is a must. Ability to understand French is an advantage
- ●Good at Microsoft Office program, advanced level in Excel
