●귀사의 미션

●직접 판매, 온라인 판매, 소매 판매 등의 판매 채널을 관리합니다. 전체 비즈니스 목표에 부합하는 채널 판매 전략을 수립하고 이행합니다. 새로운 사업 기회를 파악하고, 판매 목표를 설정하며, 성과 지표를 모니터링하여 채널이 판매 목표를 달성하거나 초과하도록 합니다. 채널 파트너와의 관계를 관리하고, 계약을 협상하며, 파트너가 조직의 제품이나 서비스를 효과적으로 판매할 수 있도록 교육과 지원을 제공합니다.

●복잡한 잠재 고객 계정에 대한 관계 관리 계획을 수립하고 이행하여 고객 조직 내의 관련 의사결정권자 및 영향력자와의 관계를 파악하고 구축하며, 효과적인 양방향 정보 흐름과 문제 해결을 가능하게 합니다.

●각 판매 통화에 대해 명확한 목표를 설정하고, 고객 조직 내 의사결정권자 및 영향력자의 알려진 관심사, 필요성, 이슈 및 우려사항에 맞춘 프레젠테이션을 개발하고 전달하며, 관련 정보를 수집 및 분석하고, 고객 요구사항 진술에 대한 동의를 확보합니다.

●비즈니스 섹터 내에서 개인적 네트워크를 구축하고 업계 이벤트에서 조직을 대표하여 시장 정보를 획득하며 조직, 제품 및 서비스의 가시성과 평판을 높입니다.

●고객의 중장기적 필요를 충족하는 복잡한 제품 및 서비스 솔루션과 관련 계약 조건을 구성하며, 관련 내부 전문가의 의견을 반영합니다. 고객 담당자에게 솔루션을 제시하고 미리 정의된 상업 범위 내에서 계약을 협상하거나, 표준 조건에서 벗어난 팀원의 판매 제안을 검토 및 승인하고 필요에 따라 고위 경영진에게 이슈를 상향 보고합니다.

●가격 책정 및 조건 프로젝트를 관리하고 이행하며, 외부 전략적 파트너와 가격 책정 및 조건에 대해 협상합니다.

●조직의 사업 성과 지표의 특정 부분을 관리하여 재무 목표 및 목적과의 전략적 일치를 보장합니다.

●계약 포트폴리오를 관리하고 서비스 수준 계약을 협상하며, 주요 계약과 관련된 활동을 계획, 조정 및 감독합니다.

●책임 범위 내에서 CRM 시스템의 구현 및 유지를 감독하며, 고객 관계 관리를 향상시키기 위한 시스템 개선 기회를 파악하고 커뮤니케이션합니다.

●조직의 외부 파트너에 대한 특정 부분의 컴플라이언스 관리를 구현하고 관리합니다.

●파악된 필요에 맞춘 제품 교육 과정을 개발하여 성과를 향상시키고 비즈니스 요구사항을 충족합니다.

●기술, 정책, 규정 또는 운영 관리에 관한 팀의 주제 전문가로 역할하며, 지속적인 전문 개발, 컨퍼런스 참석, 전문 미디어 구독을 통해 외부 인증을 유지하고 현재 및 신흥 외부 규정 및 업계 모범 사례에 대한 깊이 있는 이해를 갖춥니다.

●YOUR MISSION

●Manage a sales channel, such as such direct sales, online sales, or retail sales. Develop and implement channel sales strategies that align with the overall business objectives. Identify new business opportunities, set sales targets, and monitor performance metrics to ensure that the channel is meeting or exceeding sales goals. Manage relationships with channel partners, negotiate contracts, and provide training and support to ensure that the partners are equipped to sell the organization's products or services effectively.

●HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

●Develop and implement relationship management plans for complex potential customer accounts to identify and build relationships with relevant decision-makers and influencers within the customer organization, enabling effective two-way flow of information and resolution of issues.

●Set clear objectives for each sales call; develop and deliver presentations tailored to the known interests, needs, issues, and concerns of decision-makers and influencers within the customer organization; gather and analyze relevant information; and secure agreement to a statement of customer requirements.

●Cultivate a personal network within the business sector and represent the organization at industry events to obtain market intelligence and enhance the visibility and reputation of the organization, its products, and services.

●Configure complex product-and-services solutions and associated contractual terms that meet the customer's mid- to long-term needs, incorporating input from relevant internal specialists. Present solutions to customer representatives and negotiate agreements within predefined commercial parameters, or review and authorize sales proposals from team members that deviate from standard terms, escalating issues to senior management as necessary.

●Manage and deliver pricing and terms projects, negotiating with external strategic partners on pricing and terms.

●Control specific segments of the organization's business performance metrics, ensuring strategic alignment with financial goals and objectives.

●Manage a portfolio of contracts and negotiate service-level agreements, planning, coordinating, and supervising activities related to major contracts.

●Oversee the implementation and maintenance of the CRM system within the area of responsibility, identifying and communicating opportunities for system improvement to enhance customer relationship management.

●Implement and control compliance management for specific segments of the organization's external partners.

●Develop product education courses to meet identified needs, improving performance and meeting business requirements.

●Act as a subject matter expert in technology, policy, regulation, or operational management for the team, maintaining external accreditations and an in-depth understanding of current and emerging external regulations and industry best practices through continuing professional development, attending conferences, and reading specialist media.

●Ensure all activities and responsibilities are conducted in accordance with the company's diversity and inclusion guidelines.

●Required qualifications include a Master's Degree or equivalent level of education, extensive experience enabling the job holder to handle the majority of situations and advise others, and experience in general supervision of more junior colleagues.
